Alivision Technology Private Limited operates as a trusted platform facilitator, maintaining complete transparency in all our services while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Donation Services

Our approach to donations reflects our commitment to transparency and trust:

  • We act purely as a conduit for donations to registered not-for-profit organizations (80G, 12A, 10AC Trust and Societies)
  • We retain absolutely no portion of contributions made to beneficiary organizations – every rupee goes where it's intended
  • All donations, minus only the mandatory payment gateway charges, are transferred directly to beneficiary organization bank accounts
  • Donation receipts are issued on behalf of the organizations, ensuring proper documentation for donors
  • We conduct thorough annual verification of organizations' legal status to maintain the highest standards of accountability

Marketplace Services

For our marketplace operations, we prioritize security and fairness:

  • We process payments and hold funds securely in escrow until services are delivered or merchandise is collected
  • Payments are then distributed according to clear agreements with vendors
  • The quality, delivery, and fulfillment of services remain the sole responsibility of respective providers – we facilitate connections but don't compromise on accountability
  • We maintain strict standards for vendors while ensuring customers have recourse when needed
